leafing
Leafing is King’s method of constructing a garment, which can eliminate darts and seams.
First, King cuts thousands of leaves (or other shapes as desired), and sculpts them into a three-dimensional textile. He then hand-stitches them together, to make a garment that is absolutely seamless, one that can take any form.
Again, the man-made fibers make these garments possible. The optical quality of the new microfibers gives an opaque/transparent appearance, preserving modesty while appearing to be see-through.
